A physiology-based approach to feeling and functioning better.


One-to-one sessions using breathing and attention to influence how you body functions - and therefore how you feel and perform day to day.

Sessions are flexible, practical, personalised, and delivered online.

My Background

I’m a GP with 17 years of NHS experience, an interest in mental health, and I am also certified as a HeartMath® coach (autonomic regulation & coherence), Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor (functional breathing & CO₂ physiology) and The Breathing Class® intsructor (breathing mechanics). I personalise each session based on each individuals unique circumstances and needs.My approach is based on years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of stress, physiology, and how we can practically influence it to influence how we feel.

Sessions are guided and adapted to you. This might include:

Improving breathing mechanics

Helping breathing become more efficient, and directly affecting the nervous system

Improving tolerance to carbon dioxide

Directly improving oxygen delivery, blood flow and nervous system function

Working with heart rate variability patterns

Learning to recognise and cultivate optimal states of functioning with intention using the hearts rhythms and the heart - brain connection
